Blue Sage Program Development

With a focus on universities in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Latin America, Blue Sage applies the methods outlined in the eBook to:

1. Build new, comprehensive study abroad program operations from the ground-up
2. Enhance, optimize, and expand existing programs to strengthen receiving capacity
3. Direct programs on an interim basis and train local staff who will eventually take over the operation
4. Market the new program(s) to our network of US sending institutions to enhance student enrollment
5. Catalyze Institutional Advancement through partnerships (MoU’s) and grant writing activities
6. Develop and implement small scholarship programs with select institutions to ensure recruitment
